What is your role at Balance Point? My title is Implementation Coordinator, and I am responsible for training new clients on the payroll, time and labor management, and HRIS portions of our software. I serve as the point of contact for our new clients during the implementation process; and when they are comfortable navigating our system, I introduce them to their dedicated customer service representative.
How long have you worked at Balance Point? I have been here just over two years now. I began my career at Balance Point in sales before moving over to the operations’ side. I think it gives me a unique perspective when working with our clients because I know just how complicated and confusing the process can be.
What’s your favorite part of your job? Meeting all the different types of clients we have! In this position I’ve been able to speak with people in industries I never would have otherwise.
How does it make you feel when you receive positive feedback from a client? It feels great! It means a lot when the client takes the time to compliment or thank us for the job we are doing. The majority of our clients are coming off of an existing payroll provider so the transition can be stressful. I like to be that positive presence for the client, so they are comfortable throughout the implementation stage.
When you’re not working, where can we find you? Running around with my puppy Thea or binge-watching Discovery+ and HBO Max.
